Since mid of February I have begun experiments for my thesis. In the first week I learned how to do genotyping: how to distinguish wildtypes and mutants with a powerful tool named PCR.
As I write this blog, it's already my tenth weeks doing experiments. I learned a lot and my understanding towards wildtypes and mutants is improved. And today I've got something to share with all of you:
"How is it if wildtypes and mutants do exist on human world?"
A mutant lacking certain gene of a wildtype will show different phenotype comparing to the wildtype one..
