Rasa Ini

Sabtu, 8 Februari 2014, dini hari..

Aku merasakan sebuah rasa baru,

Sebuah rasa yang kelihatannya belum pernah aku rasakan sebelumnya,

ya, kalau aku mencoba mengingat-ingat lagi, memang betul rasa seperti ini belum pernah aku rasakan sebelumnya..

Aku jadi tidak tahu bagaimana mengatasi rasa ini..

Sebuah rasa yang membuat diriku merasa lemas, jantungku berdegup begitu kencang, yang membuatku tidak bisa tidur sampai detik tulisan ini ditulis (3:49am)..

Sebuah rasa yang membuatku mengingat 2 lagu yang berkesan di masa SMPku..

Sebuah rasa yang merobohkan egoku untuk mempersiapkan ujian dengan baik..

Sebuah rasa yang kelihatannya sedang benar-benar ingin menguji ketulusan dan kesungguhan diriku..

.. dan sebuah rasa yang aku yakin bukan sebuah kebetulan, memang sudah diatur oleh Allah Bapa di Surga,

dan mungkin ini akan menjadi salah satu keputusan penting dalam hidupku..

Tuhan, curahkanlah Roh Kudus-Mu ke dalam hatiku..

Jagalah hati nuraniku ini supaya jangan sampai dia tersesat..

Ketulusan dan Kesungguhan

Ketulusan = Sesuatu yang bisa kamu pelajari ketika kerjamu tidak dihargai
Kesungguhan = Sesuatu yang bisa kamu pelajari ketika kamu lelah dan kecewa

Belajar = Dari tidak tahu menjadi tahu
Di dalam proses itu terdapat fase kurang tahu, cukup tahu, hingga akhirnya menjadi tahu

Mungkin aku hanya masih kurang tahu arti kata ketulusan dan kesungguhan
Aku bersyukur, setidaknya aku sudah melangkahkan satu kakiku ke angka 4,667

Cikal Bakal Kehidupan

PRPP yang aku tahu adalah Pekan Raya Pembangunan Provinsi,tapi PRPP di sini merupakan singkatan dari PhospoRibosylPyroPhospat.
PRPP ini adalah bahan baku biosintesis DNA/RNA.

1. Bila ingin membuat basa purin (Adenin/ Guanin),
Bahan yang dibutuhkan:
- PRPP
- Glutamin
- 9 Enzim
- Enzim Ribonukleotid Reduktase
Cara memasak:
- Serang PRPP menggunakan Glutamin, gugus -NH2-nya akan mensubsitusi gugus Pyrophosphat.
- Menggunakan 9 Enzim, senyawa tadi akan dikonversi menjadi IMP (Inosinmonophosphat).
- Like father like son, sebagai Bapak dari Basa Purin, Inosin ini memang mirip benar dengan Guanin. Perbedaannya hanya terletak di C-2: Guanin punya gugus -NH2, sedangkan Inosin tidak.
- IMP ini dengan bantuan enzim Ribonukleotid Reduktase akan dikonversi menjadi AMP, ADP, dan seterusnya atau GMP, GDP, dan seterusnya

2.  Bila ingin membuat basa pirimidin (Cytosin/ Thymin/ Uracil),
Bahan yang dibutuhkan:
- PRPP
- Dihydroorotsäure
- Enzim Dihydroorotat Dehydrogenase (DHODH)
Cara memasak:
- Menggunakan Enzim DHODH, Dihydroorotsäure akan dikonversi menjadi Orotsäure.
- Mirip dengan cara memasak basa purin: Serang PRPP menggunakan Orotsäure, Orotsäure akan mensubstitusi gugus Pyrophospat membentuk OMP (Orotsäuremonophosphat?)
- Buah jatuh tak jauh dari pohonnya, sebagai Bapak dari Basa Pyrimidin, Orotsäure ini memang mirip benar dengan Uracil.
Perbedaannya hanya terletak di C-6: Uracil hanya punya gugus -H, sedangkan Orotsäure mempunyai gugus -COOH.
- OMP ini selanjutnya akan dikonversi menjadi UMP atau CMP dan seterusnya

.. dan bersama mata kuliah Chemie A marilah kita menguasai dunia..

My 5cm: Mount Zugspitze

Coincidentally, i remembered a film named 5 cm.

5 cm is the distance that you should set up (in your imaginative world) between your eyes and your dream.

As it is only 5 cm far away from you, you may not forget about it and it will come true.

As the dream climbing the highest mountain in Java Island that Zafran dkk set up, i had a dream to climb the highest mountain in Germany.

On September 2012 i did it with one of my best friends, Dita.

I took regional trains from Heidelberg to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. On the way to Garmisch, we took a photo of a mountain in the area. I was so excited, what kind of adventure was waiting right there?

After arriving at Garmisch, we built a tent and bought some food and drinks for the tomorrow adventure. We also made a planning what we would do tomorrow.

On the next day, we bought two day-tickets of funicular with a reasonable price because we were still students. It was only 42.5 Euro per Person.

First, we took a funicular to to the foot of mountain Alpspitze, the neighbor of Zugspitze. This photo was taken from 1000 meters above the sea level. We could enjoy a beautiful view from this level. Unfortunately, the weather was not very nice. It was cloudy.

Then, we continued our journey, walked for about 2 2km till we found another funicular station. We took that funicular and reached a height of 1600 meters. There was only a very thin layer of snow there. Actually, we could still climb the mountain till the peak (about 2600 meters). But there was no funicular to reach it. While i wanted to climb the highest one, we just took some photos here and then went down. (and of course i did planking too here, because i was so amazed with the beautiful view i could see from the panorama platform).

Another thing that impressed me was this funicular. It could bring us from a height of 700m to 2000m. Wonderful technology!

We continued then our climb to Zugspitze. We took a special train that brought us to 2500m above the sea level. As we went out from the train station, we belonged to a few people that saw snow in the summer.

Then we just went up again to a height of 2800m. We could see that we were above the clouds. The wind was so strong there and it was really cold. We walked again and we met a warning sign: "Here you leave safety area alpine dangers".

 Nobody may enter this area without any practices before or suitable equipments. But we were still young and we wanted to reach the peak. With full of brave we started to do the real climb.

Aaand we did it.

We were on the top of Germany, Zugspitze 2962 meters!

We could also show to the world that we could do anything if we just believe that we can do it.

After that, we went down with the hi-tech funicular (this time from 2500m to 750m) and saw another beautiful views and finally landed to the earth.

Before we left Garmisch, Dita took a photo of me with the mountains that we defeated together in the background. I will never forget this adventure..!!!

Wenn ihr von Heidelberg Hbf nach Stuttgart Hbf werktags um 08:10 Uhr fahren wollt

Das Baden-Württemberg Ticket gilt werktags leider erst um 9 Uhr.
Von daher können wir das Ticket nicht nutzen.

Aaaber, ich gebe euch einen Tipp.
Kauft ein Gruppenticket von KVV-Netz
- das kostet 18 €, gilt sogar für einen Tag für 5 Personen - Stand 01.2014)
- wenn ihr nur zu zweit seid, lohnt es sich wahrscheinlich noch, wenn ihr zwei Einzelfahrkarten kauft
- das könnt ihr in den Automaten der VRN S-Bahnen kaufen (S1 - S5)

Dieses Ticket dient der Fahrt von Bad-Schönborn Kronau/ Süd (die VRN/ KVV Grenze) bis zu Mühlacker bzw. Vaihingen Enz.
Bis dahin sagt die Uhr, dass es schon um 9 Uhr ist - also jetzt gilt unser BaWü-Ticket..!!!
(und die Einzelfahrkarte kann dann ruhig weggeschmießen werden).
